Chicken in Respberry Marinade



  • 2 Tbsp. Grill Mates Roasted Garlic Montreal Chicken seasoning
  • l/2 cup water
  • l/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. corn starch
  • l/2 cup raspberry preserves
  • 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts

Using a small saucepan, blend first 4 ingredients until cornstarch is become completely dissolved. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly over medium heat when starts mixture thickens (approx. 4 min) Add the preserves; stir until completely melted. Remove saucepan from heat and allow the mixture to cool completely.

Place chicken in a self closing plastic bag, any will do. Reserve about l/3 cup marinade for sauce when pour remaining remaining marinade over chicken; close bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate around 30 minutes to push marinade. Remove chicken from plastic bag containing marinade.

Place on grill over medium heat. You may also try a variation on the stovetop or backing. Cook turning occasionally and basting with reserved marinade.
